Dan & Sandy Dearden created Dearden & Associates as an Employee Benefits Agency, providing clients with well-designed benefit packages and exceptional service. Their reputation for service, cost-containment, and risk management consultation spread quickly and their benefits business grew exponentially for several years. Clients began to inquire about commercial business insurance, saying that they could not find the service quality and attention to detail provided by the Deardens in other market segments. Eventually, client encouragement and demand led them expand the company into the business insurance markets.
Today, Dearden & Associates is a full-service Business, Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Personal Lines agency, with specialists dedicated to each division.
